Founder & Head TherapistWith over a decade of experience in education, including 5 years in a reputed school in Colombo, Sri Lanka, my journey has been driven by a passion for supporting children's growth and development. My background in Special Needs education and hands-on experience with children on the autism spectrum inspired me to dedicate my life to this field.
As a former preschool and tutoring center owner, I bring both clinical insight and leadership experience in creating supportive learning environments. I also hold a diploma in Addiction and Community Support Work, strengthening my holistic approach to care.
This organization was founded with a clear purpose — to empower children and support families with compassion and evidence-based practices. I continue to advance my expertise as I work towards becoming an RBA and BCBA.

Board Certified Behaviour AnalystAndrea Del Rosario is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) passionate about helping individuals of all ages learn, grow, and thrive through evidence-based, compassionate care.
With extensive experience supporting children and adults with developmental disabilities, Andrea designs personalized ABA programs that celebrate each client's unique strengths and promote meaningful skill development.
She values collaboration and works closely with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure consistency and success across environments. Her goal is to create supportive and empowering learning experiences that lead to lasting, positive change.

Therapist / InstructorMaster's graduate in Clinical Psychology with a diploma in Autism and Behavioural Sciences, experienced in supporting children on the autism spectrum through individualized ABA programs. Focused on building communication, social, and daily living skills while fostering independence and confidence.
